My whole family constantly orders clothes from Hockerty. My husband has bought all his work suits and a wedding suit from them and, since we discovered them, we have stopped buying formal clothes in shops. The first and foremost reason for this love is the price and quality ratio. The suits cost the same or even cheaper than the ones from the mass market brands and the fabric/production quality is higher. At Hockerty clothes are customized to the client´s shapes. Pants do not get baggy and shoulders do not shrink because suits are made individually for each particular client. In shops you need to spend hours trying on clothes (which a lot of men hate, my husband included) and it does not mean that you will surely find a perfect option. As for taking measurements, Hockerty provides instructions that make it impossible to fail. And if you do not want to bother, your height, weight and body shape will do. The second reason is that we regularly get gifts from them and that they offer help if your clothes do not fit (which has not happened to us). We have already received a couple of shirts and even a suit as gifts. It was so nice and unexpected when we found 2 suits plus a shirt instead of one suit in one of our orders.

I planned my wedding 4 weeks ago. As me and my partner quickly came up with the style and look, I was left hopelessly trying to find a tweed suit. I then came across Hockerty and just like that, I was beyond happy with the whole customization process. Then came the wait, with an estimated delivery of 22 days, I got it in 15 days! Thank you, with the customization process being so easy to use, everything fit better than could imagine.

I\'ve ordered tailored burgundy coat and it fits nicely. Since my last order (yes, I\'m returning customer) they\'ve got more reliable logistics partner and shipping went much smoother this time. However, there are 2 things they can still improve. There were few excessive threads here and there. You can easily remove them with scissors and it\'s great product. Just a good Quality Control should catch that. My previous order was flawless in this respect so I suspect that has been due to overload from Black friday this went through. Second thing is that they have a glitch on website and my measurements were not accepted as I entered them. Their customer support was great and lady that helped me is so nice I could marry her. Everything was happily resolved yet I had to do some extra effort. I hope they fix issue on the website soon since I plan to order again.
